Absolutely not. Your trademark was registered 3.5 years after this was posted. Also it does not directly reference a brand or infringe on any trademark. You cannot just pick two words out of a sentence and call it infringement.

“Infringement may occur when one party, the “infringer”, uses a trademark which is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark owned by another party, in relation to products or services which are identical or similar to the products or services which the registration covers.”

I fail to see how a picture of a hawk on someone’s lunch and a discussion of fledging redtails even comes close to the legal description of infringement.

Just came to watch the video but it’s not up anymore, which is a shame. Agree with Caroyln, you don’t want to take your eye of the falcon, no one needs a mishap when sharp claws are involved.

I became a falconer in the mid seventies while living in San Diego. Continued It when I moved to Montana it then carried over to rehabing raptors for the state of Montana. I remember meeting Hal in about 1962. I had just gotten discharged from the U.S.N. I drove to Denver, Co. from Scottsbluff,Ne.
At the time Hal lived about 20 miles south of Denver.
That was the first time i had ever meet with a falconer. It was a visit i’ll always remember.

I am a Lauren’s friend and I wrote her some weeks ago: she did’nt answer… so I think she is back Mongolia. I met her in Scotland in August, in Qatar in january.
I need somme good pictures of Berkutchis and Lauren, riding with eagles. Can you get for me some of these? This photos to illustrate a short article about horse and falconry which will appear on the website of French Ministery of Culture, as a part of the Unesco recognition.
